Before starting your building project we need to find out if there are any restrictions, and if any planning permission is needed.
Once we have all of your instructions and details on exactly what you are wanting, we will obtain the needed documents and any planning permission needed. Once we have all of this we can begin your building project.
Once all documentation and planning permission is in place, it all depends on the size of your project, this will ultimately determine how long it takes us to finish it.
